They don't answer to local, state police or even the F.B.I. and they are immune to "arrest" from all. All it takes is one Born-Again Treasury agent to take a disliking to you and that's it. I would NOT chance an issue like THAT!! Some people might think they have the interpretation of this law “down pat”
